Today I would like to share with you a few flower teas that I find delicious and with strong energetic properties that can activate your feminine essence and your inner goddess. These are for me like goddess elixirs, full of the essential oils and essences of the flowers, that are going to support my vitality, wellbeing, and feminine energy.

Incorporating flower teas into our routines is a beautiful way to enhance our vitality and health. They are not only beneficial in antioxidants, but also stimulate our senses through their fragrance and mild taste.

Green Tea with Jasmine

We already know the exquisite benefits of a cup of green tea, such as matcha or sencha, and one more common way of finding it is paired with fragrant, fresh Jasmine.

This fragrant flower is considered a cooling herb, and can help to regulate the uterus… Commonly used to treat spasmodic or hormonal conditions affecting the female reproductive health.

Having a cup of jasmine tea supports fertility, libido, physical strength and creativity. It is considered both an aphrodisiac and fertility tonic, helping to regulate hormones, reduce uterine spasms, and preventing blood stagnation. It can also ease heavy menstrual bleeding. As a calming flower, it can help you in periods of anxiety, depression or burnout.

Besides incorporating it as a tea, making an abdominal massage in the uterus with a few drops of essential oil is amazing to give to your womb all the properties and beauty of this flower.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus… this tropical flower with a fruity, sweet and sour taste profile. Rich in anthocyanins, a powerful antioxidant compound which gives the flower the bright red colour. A flower that helps to improve the appearance of the skin, brightening the complexion and promoting hair growth.

It is particularly beneficial to reduce inflammation in the body, helping to nourish and repair the inflamed tissues and aiding women prone to UTIs. It can also help to reduce blood lipids and blood sugar levels. So if you are under PCOS or blood sugar imbalance, incorporating it into your daily routine will be a good start.

Hibiscus has been traditionally used to support the female reproductive organs and menstruation, promote healthy urination, and support the health and function of the kidneys (there is a strong connection between kidneys, vitality and pleasure in Traditional Chinese Medicine). If you are feeling a weak libido, lack of creativity or excitement, then adding some hibiscus will help to increase your feminine energy. It can also stimulate passion, open the root and heart chakras, clear emotional heat or frustration and restore joy and vitality.

It has a cooling and anti-inflammatory nature, so it can help to clear excess heat and congestion from the bloodstream and help to treat blood based disorders such as those associated with the menstrual cycle and the skin.

Hibiscus also supports the heart on a physical and emotional level: it can help us relieve emotional tension, it will help to open the heart chakra: increasing patience, compassion and love.

When it comes to women's health and wellness, It can assist women in cases of dysmenorrhoea, endometriosis and fibroids, and also help to alleviate PMS symptoms associated with irritability, emotional sensitivity and enhance libido and fertility.

Lotus Flower

The flower that represents the sacral chakra, that helps us connect to the unseen. It has sedative properties that assist us with relaxation and stress relieve.

Containing isoliensinine and liensinine, which possess antidepressant effects. It also contains tannins and flavonoids, powerful antioxidants that help to protect the heart. Lotus helps to improve blood circulation, and can help to keep your blood sugar in balance.

Lotus flower can also help women who have heavy menstruation, as it reduces the blood flow, and it also contains iron which helps in adding blood to the body.

In Ayurveda, lotus is considered a cooling herb that contains Sattvic qualities, promoting harmony and clarity of mind.

There are different ways in which you can incorporate this herb into your routine… Lotus petal infusions help to calm the nerves and reduce stress, while lotus seed powder supports reproductive health and boosts vitality. Symbolising purity, resilience and spiritual awakening. Its energy represents the transformation of heavy, negative experiences into high vibrational awareness and inner peace. Blue lotus promotes deep wisdom, intuition and mental clarity. It also signifies divine beauty, purity and cosmic creation.

Incorporating these flowers into your daily routine will help you connect to your femininity, and add vitamins and antioxidants. You can choose one flower and incorporate it daily on its own or combine it with other herbs to start noticing the benefits.
